i like both new and old songs. And as a fan i accept their evolution :). In my opinion many bands start with one very good album, see how well people react to it and keep doing the same thing becoming blank and unidimensional (see the good yet never-changing morcheeba). Plastic Beach has a different style to it but the humans are complex why should their music be different?

I still haven't got used to the new style and I have friends and family members who think the same, but I don't think people should hate me for expressing my opinion. I think you overreacted a bit.

I myself prefer the old gorillaz to the new, but I cant hate on a group just becuase they want to grow as musicians. Besides there not makeing music for me. There making it for an audience.

@themysteriousmovie im not sure if you mean this song , but this song is one of their older tracks . plastic beach is eeeeh . i went out and bought it anyhow . there are a few very impressive tracks : on melancholy hill , empire ants , and pirate jet . plus some of the lyrics in these songs are great . but yeah , they HAVE gotten crappier .

Murdoc faked her death to get rid of the band's enemy, little Jimmy Manson, who has had a grudge on Noodle ever since he got turned down for her job. Murdoc lied and told him that He was killing off Noodle so that he could start a new band with Manson and Gorillaz would end in a bang. Manson then died when Murdoc sabotaged him and let him die in the explosion. Noodle survived by parachute.

or instead of going to your video, clicking a link, and then trying to find a download from there, someone could just go to a torrent site for like, 5 seconds and fin a torrent of the album plus anything else in the universe they wanted thats digitally available. Just sayin.
