As a welshman I can honestly it was very poor welsh defense not anything brilliant by south Africa. Not to say though as a side south Africa have been consistently much better than wales.

@caffin999 You're probably right - he is a bit of a grump around the field. But he's about as dirty as the likes of Brad Thorne, yet the ABs seem to be the darlings of world rugby. But then again, every country has thier "enforcer", just some countries' enforcers are labelled dirty, and other get away with murder.

@mjribes The facts are this, South Africa stands at 5 penalties to a yellow card. New Zealand stand at 47 penalties per yellow card. Who gets away with murder? There have been five unpunished spear tackles by NZ over recent years. Three of them have led to long term injuries. A lot have led to tries and directly affecting the outcome of results. Like the tries in the second test last year. They get away with far too much. Thats the secret to their success.

@Blitzbok First off, you argument is invalid simply because you don't know the circumstances pertaining to each yellow card given. A minor Ruck infringement is nowhere near as bad as a blatant cheap shot eg. Bakkies Botha headbutt on Cowan.

@taweraster Lieing all over the ruck, diving in in groups off their feet, handling defenders on the otherside of the ruck, forward passes, dump tackles, obstruction, tripping. They certainly are busy in those 80 minutes of play. I know damn well the circumstances. And Cowan got what he deserved. The only problem I have with Bakkies is that he forgot to headbutt NZs 16th player in the process.

@taweraster I have been through these games, seen what they do, what they get away with. I do indeed have credibility. But as I say, keep dreaming. Secondly you also lost to Australia's A team, we put 30 points on them in game 3 of the Tri-Nations.

I'm still waiting on that list to actually prove that what you're saying is true. It sounds like a jealous, hurt Springbok supporter who's angry at the fact that there coach is a muppet and there team are old and frail :D
