When doing step 10, literally look STRAIGHT ABOVE THE ROBOT. There are three bags. You just have to press the right one. Keep your stylus still for a few seconds after you click.

Yeah. Get the green puffle and tap the BALLOON, not the bag. And the Robot talks when you tap it.... just dont tap it....
