Even though this is the classic cheesy PSA, I do love the message. Kids should totally be as safe as possible on Halloween because there are some pretty messed up people out there that could ruin the night of fun. The Samurai Rangers speak the truth. ( also, for all you Moms out there, if you are walking with your child while they are Trick-or Treating, it would be a great idea to bring a flashlight in your purse or bag, and a small umbrella in-case it rains. ) HAPPY 30 DAY EARLY HALLOWEEN!
