But I would say this.

1. Halo. Seen only the best montages in halo.

2. Killzone 3. Has something in the montages that really amazes me.

3. Gears of War. Now the only reason I put gears of war in the 3rd most best game for montages is because it only looks good with a fast music or dubstep. Where as Halo and Killzone sink in with just about any music. Except for Killzone cannot sink with rap like halo can.
