Folks, folks, it's not about who's way is the best way. Dolores is a messenger and she's telling us this. Thx 4 ur comments about quitting smoking...is that cigarettes or weed? Oh, and would everyone who wants to Ascend quit or maybe add to they're now life? Say maybe quit using terms such as Karma? You need to do more research on the Ascension and realize we have been on a loop of life cycles, not due to any Karma...but because of the Draco/Reptilian race has brought us back over and over for they're wants and needs not our own. Weed is fine I bet. Regular exercise and lost of water will remove the bad toxins from your body from pollution and crap. In personal experience I have made an assumption that weed does not affect your vibration.

We have receptors in our brains that get us stoned. Besides been doing it for a while and noticed that parts of my body's DNA have been changing as well. Anyway i've seen some stories how it also helps with meditation.

I'm a smoker! and 2. i'm definitely a drinker to. ;-) And that shit worries me when u go say that then, hehe.. Now, i don't have that big knowledge in all this, wish though... but i wanna believe that it only messes up our body, not our mind and spirit, which we are supposed to use, to get to that higher dimension. :-) You know what i mean?

@cutikitten we are not just fleshy bags of blood, we are powerful co-creators that have chosen to incarnate parts of ourselves on earth and forget what we are. some of us are choosing to create a world of science, predictability, ego and thought, and some of us want to expand beyond the limitations of reincarnation, the karmic wheel that keeps us having to relearn the same lessons. the intelligent entity named Earth will raise in vibration and bring some of us with her, we just need to adapt.

@cutikitten I am not answering as an authority or claiming it will be so, I am only relating what Dolores and David Wilcock and others have found through their research. If you imagine everything material as actually thought, or a vibrational wave in consciousness, and every thought as bigger field around that, there are even bigger planes we call dimensions for lack of terms. We are being acclimated vibrationally to a different plane without need for cruelty and harm as learning tools.

@cutikitten those who are "left behind" are not being judged, they are actually *choosing* to stay behind because vibrationally shifting would otherwise be harmful. they can't let go of thought. In the higher vibrational realm we will move further and further away from linear time, so it will not be as if we are separated long and we will not feel a lack. All will be as it should be. Everyone makes it back to center eventually. Everyone is a part of all that is. You can help others, not force.

@cutikitten We do not die, we evolve to 12-strand DNA. First things just get "better". Then we become "lighter", "light bodies". Then we eventually don't need bodies at all. There's no death cycle anymore, though we can choose to return to source and temporarily lose our individualism for a recharge. See David Wilcock 2012 Event Horizon for a very similar prediction.
