  • i need some help with my dieting. so far ive gone down in weight from 183-160

    my diet consist of

    egg whites and spinach for breakfast

    then later a snack or protein shake

    grilled chicken with beans or rice and vegetables

    later snack or prtoein

    then dinner more chicken with beans and vegetables

    ive been keeping this diet but now ive found it really hard to get under 160 in weight. help please

  • @scal11083 no i dont honestly. ive never co;unted the calories. but there not big portions

  • @dbsshadow Try logging your food onto an online food log site and see. Believe it or not you may not be eating enough!
