The dog is being affected by a new energy source they

are developing that makes all trees and buildings and

of course the ground a cell tower. Any energy source

requires a magnetic field. Magnetic fields are known

to interfere with cell and hormone processes. Putting

a magnetic field this close to living organisms is

causing many different disorders. You can see the animals hair stand up like static

energy is affecting the animals hair on its back.
