There's much more nudity/fanservice in Sekirei than in High School of the Dead. While I wouldn't say that's a plus for the show, it feels like HOTD presents itself with as being risque more than Sekirei does. Nevertheless, both shows are pretty entertaining. My vote would go to HOTD being a stronger show, though.
I've only seen two eps of this online and kinda enjoyed it. I have the DVD of the first season but have yet to watch it though.

A lot of these fanservice anime are actually solid. but I want one like Highschool of the dead to knock me on my ass.
