of course she knows that lea michele will never be half the singer that barbra is. but she would never say that. and even though glee is all wrong about the babs-songs they do on the show, she respect that they try. how could you not love her?

I have to say, Lea's Don't Rain on My Parade was the turning point for me... that friggin squeak she does at the beginning of her notes is now all I can hear when I listen to her. "Don't bring around a C-*squeak!!*LOUD to rain on my paraaaaade..."

Why does everyone expect Barbra to be so effusive over GLEE? They should be grateful she doesn't send them a cease and desist order.

First of all, Lea is NOT her imitator. She HONORS her idol, Barbra. Second of all, Lea's voice is really perfect. At least for me. And yes, Lea is not Barbra, but who said we're comparing them? Their two of the most amazingly talented people, and they respect each other, so let's do the same.
