@Y2JVS6 he doesn't appear on it because he doesn't appear in the Nest Chronicles or in the KOF 2k2 console ver. like Gesse and Goenitz, so thats the reason why hi doesn't make it in this game, but.... I wonder why Orochi Iori doesn't make it either? He appeared in the KOF 2k2 console ver....

blame the clones. because there's to many shotos in the game snk scrapped saisyu but if you ask me they could have just remove kyo-1 and 2 and place saisyu in it

The only reason i like 98 UM better than this game is cause i can use those guys.... and normal Rugal as a normal character imo XD

@Ryulalo es que esta version ocupa los personajes del kof 99 al 2002 , y no se pudo poner la version 98 por que ese seria kof 98 ultimate match ahi si sale saisyu en este equipo, pero como no sale del 99 al 2002 lo remplazaron con chin.
