A) a conspiracy by those who are trying to oppress us, to make the "crazy conspiracy theorist" look like he is part of the conspiracy to oppress the people, and thus lose credibility with the people that listen to him.

or

B) the "crazy conspiracy theorist" is part of the conspiracy to oppress the people by spreading disinformation under the guise of telling the truth that the conspiracists don't wan't you to hear.
