I remember a different version of this commercial from the early 90s. Originally when the 2 little girls jump into the ball pit, there is a pair of brown corduroy pants in there and they find a blonde boy in the bottom of the ball pit. The manager looks really serious and closes the store. When the cops show up, one of the little girls gets a ride home from her grandfather and he's crying and grabbing her arms a lot for some reason.
Aww my friend and I always say that this is us in the commercial, despite the fact that we're teenagers. They even got the hair color right! Most of our memories are there, and we can't wait to go again!
i remeber Chickie wearing that suit when i would go for family gatherings in tha mid-90s. i dnt understand why everybody is scared of him, i used to run to him and ask for a picture takin when i was little.
They took the ball pool out, because it was full of germs. Because kids use to put the balls in their mouth, and their hand were dirty, it smelled bad like feet (the rule was to wear socks in the ball pool, but some kids didn't wear any) and on top of it, kids use to actualy pee in the ball pool, like wet their selves. I remember being in one of those, and it wasn't pleasant. SO it's actualy good that they took those things out for the kid's health.
Yeah that's happpend in real life ... they just wanna show you that the kids will come to you and screams YEEAAAHHHH.... if you complain to the manager or employeees they actually said hey have you see the new commercial .... they qoute "were a kid can be a kid... Or WERE A KID CAN BEAT A KID" if you listen then carefully

Wow I remember that commercial lol. Yeah sadly I did not make it to a Chuck E. Cheese's until 2 years later. That was the only time I ever been to a Chuck E. Cheese's.

cec0011, you're getting these commercial years wrong! This is another 1992 commercial, NOT a 1993 commercial!

the sign to wear your socks while playing in the ball room I ignored and yes in the ball room the balls would be everywhere out the room.
