Great video. It was very smart of you guys to use RMI if you were inexperienced at the time. I used to climb Rainier all the time in the 80's and skied down it once. It seems like people were rescued up there all the time and every year someone died up on the mountain. This video makes me miss living there so bad. There are so many routes I didn't get to do. Again great job on the video. I bet you will remember this trip forever.

This is one of my favorite videos on Mt. Rainier...so well done and inspiring! I especially enjoyed the sunrise you captured and the ice cave looked so fun! I was just up at Paradise yesterday and was humbled by its majestic beauty that I have spent my entire life admiring from Seattle. Congrats on your summit! So envious! :)

this shit is nuts lol. I think I found out of what I want to do in life lol. These guys are real men. Everyone else that you see in the city wearing suites and making money are pussies. Unfortunately i am one of them. A person will never find out what he is capable off until you take everything away from him/her and put them on a cold ass mountain wile saying "you don't make it to the top, you die." No joke, not a movie.. it's real life lol. These guy have balls.

Sorry I got to this so late .. I just use a pair of Canon SD750. Need to travel light. Keeping it small means I can have lots of batteries and a spare camera. Thanks for watching !

No, I actually took the 4 days course and Jake guided us up through Disappointment Cleaver.

We made it to the crater, but the winds were so furious that we had to turn around after 20 minutes after getting to the crater.

Next time I want to do the Liberty Ridge....or give it a try that is jeje!

Glassading looks really fun. I have lived in view of Mt. Rainier my whole life and never been up higher than Paradise and a day hike to camp Muir. Maybe someday. The view shots were amazing.
