@algelyn26 if you think your waist is to small and you want more curves you need to get more calories ,or burn less calories in your work-out .it's simple as that .The exercises you see on youtube and tv are to get a tighter smaller waist .If you have the kind of body in wich you can eat whatever you like but don't gain weight you can consider a weight-gainer (bodybuilding supplement) to gain some weight and curves .Good luck!
