I love to hear Terry Franklin! Whether or not he is the best tenor, there is something in his voice and I love to watch him sing. I sure wish I could see more of him on the Gaithers, but not sure what happened. I know he sings with family and maybe I can check that out. Amazing voice and style.

These guys are awesome!!!It's hard to say if they are better than the group with Phelps, Penrod,Lowry, and Gaither??? They both sing great in their own ways...All I know is David Phelps is BY FAR the best singer I have ever heard!!!!!!!!

I agree--Phelps is the best tenor in the world!!! Even though this tenor is okay, he doesn't have the richness and placement of tone. Also, the pianist they have now is FAR better--Bill Gaither is okay, but the current one is fantastic. Also, I like seeing four men on stage, and the interaction among Phellps, Penrod, Lowry and Gaither is all time great--probably won't ever be that magic again.
