that was like a graduate fashion student showing it's collection and still it was a non-event. there really isn't much to say, even the detailing of accessorizing was really bad.. that was like a Target collection of some sort..

i'm no expert but i know what i like, and at this level i normally cant take my eyes off what comes down the runway, not with this show, a bit too safe. i agree with others comments about the music,sounds like a random play on an ipod.

It's not bad, but it feels too Forever 21 or H&M to me. They can do better. It doesn't feel like the Dior that we all fell in love with.

Though it's not very Galliano-esque (at all), or something that would be expected of Dior today, I think it is a fresh start for Dior. Kind of like cleaning up after JG, and all his (genius) ideas so that they can bring in new ideas that are just as genius. I know it's very hard to accept a new designer after everything John Galliano has brought to Dior, but I think it will make this iconic house even stronger.

It's not bad, please, let's not be close-minded. I do miss JG, but let's hope for the best! Maybe they will hire a great designer like Alber Elbaz or I know she is not even on the list, but Consuelo Castiglioni would be an interesting choice in my opinion. I just want one of the greatest up there because Galliano left HUGE shoes to fill and I miss being excited to see Dior sows !!!

Thankyou Luciano for posting this vid and all the work to record and upload it. We youtubers don't thankyou enough in your videos; I guess you are such a reliable and bull-headed source, that we take you for granted.

And, I really like this new/old Dior. The clothes remind me of original Dior and John Galliano's Dior, with a clean, new modern set ( a clean slate?). And I like that Bill Gaytten included some of John's favortie models (i.e. Karlie, Alla, Maryna, Vlada, Frida). Thanx Luciano!

People shouldn't be so hateful about what Gaytten has done. It's a revisit of Dior's roots and Galliano's theatricality is still in there along with Gaytten's touch. It's classic French Riviera.
