@lollongman Ball Pythons may wrap around a person's neck, as long as the person has control of it. Snakes will not attack and go for the neck. Even if a Ball Python did, it could not kill a human.

taming sure... he was already tamed. mine dosent stop biting me ever and i hold it for 40 mins every day except 2 days after he eats... this guy is a real aggresive snake

@jm9629 point 1: his is male so 7 foot is near impossible, 6 foot is almost as unlikely he should be looking at around 5 and a half feet for this little guy.

point 2: 6-7ft is not very big at all.

@justaburgscousin the two we have at work are mean too, the Iran Jaya carpets at work tag me more than any of the other animals, the jungles also make relatively snappy pets.

the thing about them is they can ALL be tamed to a degree the thing is that they never seem to tame past a certain point. Whereas we have Burmese and reticulated pythons that are tolerant of everything and anything (we even have a good tempered female rock python being bred to make cateaters) it's something about the genus

@BaileyAnne1 well the issue of what defines small is something that will never be solved. 90% of boas are mid sized (5-10ft) some female BCC hit 11-12ft but that's not a realistic expectation. However the Anaconda is considered a boa and the two species are why i put 90% instead of 100%

@SuperRehank Bloods are absolutely not impossible to tame. I hold them constantly, and to be honest I've never been bitten by one. Just like every species has a preference for a type of handling. The key to good reptile handling is to learn the body language of the species and the particular snake itself.

his tail's not stubby because of the fact that they are adapted to living a partially arboreal life (living among trees), with the longer prehensile tail, it is able to suspend itself and body weight much easier. snakes that are typically and primarily terrestrial tend to have the "stubby" tails. beautiful snake dude, good job with keeping it tame and keep up the good work
