What are you talking about? Your sister must have one of those battery operated, blinking light bulb issues. My kids have beat the snot out 3 glow bears for over a year, and they are as good as ever!!! They are so bright they use them to find their way in the dark!!

LOL, Glow Bear cant break! It glows in the dark...no batteries or electricity required.
