Now I don't have a PS3 so I can't talk about Infamous so I can't make the comparison myself but I had a good deal of fun with Prototype. It did take a while to get used to the glide but as soon as you start opening up some of the normal attacks, and weapons the combat was a good deal of fun in the second half of the game. Now I am saving up for a PS3 at the moment and if I can find a used copy of Infamous I am going to play it and get back to you on how they compare. At this moment it was fun.

Why did noobtoobers say MW2 was #1? Commando, Grenade Launchers, Tactical Insertions, Camping, Overpowered Killstreaks, Matchmaking that does not sort people based on skill, Underpowered submachine guns, Bullets that can easilly go through walls, and guns that take no skill to use. I have never seen such an unbalanced game.

Tobin I completely agree. Infamous was great. I started prototype expecting it to be at least as fun as hulk: ultimate destruction. It wasn't. Infamous gives you the feeling of being a comic book superhero but prototype gives you the feeling of being an ADHD kid. But i'd have to say brutal legend was my 2nd most disappointing and prototype was the most.

Sweet, I want to hear what you guys think about darksiders. Hopefully that's gonna be on the show. I actually enjoyed it although it had more of a scripted experience than I had hoped for. Yes each stage did have it's own open area to explore, but you had to do each region linked together by scripted cutscenes. For that studio's first game, I have to say it was great work to break into tha gaming industry.

and dragon age is a brilliant game, a decent number of flaws and glitches but other parts make up for that and then some (ending is excellent)

+ glitching and hacking on mw2 are 2 completely different things, hacking rewrites the cgame codes or replaces them and glitching uses mistakes to the players advantage

I've finished Dragon Age twice and I agree with the opinion that the origin stories are the best part of the game. I can't bring myself to play through it again but I did enjoy all the beginning stories. As someone who has finished it more than once: not the best game of the year. A good, solid title with some minor technical issues and not as much replay value as I would have wanted.
