Show studio is scheduled to release the official one soon! The 4 videos they "leaked" the other week were the "first installment of project: Monster Ball" so there should be more coming! I would assume this is one of them!

@Craze895 That was one of the most disappointing thing about the HBO special. The interludes are f*cking amazing and you don't even get to see them on there. I was hoping they'd put HD versions in the Special Features or something, but sadly no. Maybe someday they'll be released in all their glory.
