Although the couple has a legal right to be able to be married, the Justice of the Peace also has the right to refuse. He does not have the right to prevent them from getting married, but they do not have the right to force this Justice of the Peace to marry them.

The anchor says that, although the couple could go somewhere else to get married, but that's not how it works. In fact, that IS how it is supposed to work. Although the couple has a legal right to be able to be married, the Justice of the Peace also has the right to refuse. He does not have the right to prevent them from getting married, but they do not have the right to force this Justice of the Peace to marry them.
I support interracial marriage, but I also support the right to object.

Actually you can. A justice of peace is a public official and has public duties. Doesn't mean you personally have to endorse the marriage itself. Hell, you can think it's complete garbage. But those people have rights in this country. That's for sure.

Exactly what is your race? White ancestry can be traced to just about all over Europe. That is where you are wrong. Affirmative action does affect whites negatively even Asians. For every job filled by an unqualified non-white, qualified whites and Asians lose their chance at unemployment.
If we are going to correct an unfair disadvantage due to the institution then the Irish deserve a first crack at most jobs.
Furthermore most blacks were still more better off in Jim Crow era than in Africa where slavery still exists as well as war, disease, etc.

Unfortuately while Asians are better protected than whites are, Asians lose out to blacks and mestizos with school admissions and jobs. Whites and Asians are by far more qualified for positions and schools than most blacks and mestizos but we suffer the most because of affirmative action.

there are a couple of flaws in your logic.
first your statement that whites and asians are effected negatively when an un-qualified minority takes away their chance of employment doesn't make sense. when there are qualified minorities who themselves would also lose that chance at employment. your counter example doesn't directly effect more whites or asians than it does other minorities.
second the instability in africa was in part caused by the european slave trade

The slave trade was originally Arab based not European. Sub-Saharan Africa was fucked before the first white man stepped foot in that area.

you're right but the european's industrialized far past anything previously concieved by any other group. look at the population growth chart from region to region before during and after the slave trade and you'll see a dramatic impact. and the economic impact especially in west africa was devastating as well.
