Mashallah. 7:42 definitely describes me. Whenever I commit a sin or wrong doing, I have always experienced this heavy weight-like burden and tenseness on my chest. It'll usually cause me to feel really guilty and dwell on what I did wrong for a long period of time. Eventually, it goes away once I ask for forgiveness from Allah. Always been like this..even before I converted to Islam.
