Ireland had its chance to vote No,to the latest EU treaty a few months ago.I suspect the politicians have an agenda all along knowing the state of Irelands banking problems.Taking loans from the EU onley strengthens their hold on countries that find themselves in this situation.I can see much more civil unrest,like the UK is going through at the moment.This of course is EXACTLY what some goverments want.They can then impliment a goverment police style state to its bankcrupt country
