@mugg1991 Yes move decay is when using the same move multiple times it gets weaker. In this vid you can see the bat+dair combo does 26/27% whereas in other videos it goes down to 23% by the end. So the distance here is exaggerated, but nonetheless impressive.
@mugg1991 if you were to do this exact same strategy without development mode the %s of dair would get lower and lower, like you said. the hit stun would also go down, though.
I am not saying it is not "legit", it is just hard to compare TAS HRC videos that use development mode for these reasons. still entertaining to watch =)
1) It wouldn't be legit since he achieves a better score than is possible. Not that it matters a lot in this case, since there's a 1861m video by AJP.
2) Is development mode the only debug menu mode that allows frame-by-frame?
3) I take it there's the same move decay problem for all of AJP's AR videos then? This might explain why I can't reach the same percentage as seen in his video without having to drop bats at a higher point in the air.
@mugg1991 1. Yes, if you were comparing scores between non development mode TAS videos. They are not comparable.
2. You can use an emulator to achieve this, but there is no way to avoid this "bug" using the console's development mode and then editing into real time.
3. Yes, AJP's console HRC TASs all have no move decay, allowing for much higher %s to be achieved.
nice =)

@raserucort
If the same move hits someone multiple times, it will get weaker and weaker.
Is that what you mean by move decay? And if so, what do you imply by saying so? Is this video here not legit?
