After watching this again after seeing all the movies, a Fanfiction comes to mind. At the end of her first year at Hogwarts, Ginny misses the constant companionship and comforting voice of Tom Riddle, and begins to find other ways to get him back. He one connection: Draco Malfoy. She requests from Dumbledore to transfer into Slytherin and hooks up with him, thereby gaining access to Voldemort AKA Tom through the Malfoy family's "artifacts". Heh. Maybe I'm just weird like that.
