I am definitively going to steal your ceiling for my temple, great look out of that double block windows in the roof.

Overall a great show. Room for improvement would be the small yard and the ponds. Some weeds go a long way :)

I am in awe, this is either the grandest setup in Minecraft or the biggest waste of time in the world, I'm gonna say that its the grandest setup anywhere in any game :) on a side note, you said the weather is snowing on your complex, you could try my Texture pack, it's 32x32 but it has the snow rendered as a fine sand, and when it snows it looks like a sandstorm. Just though I'd mention it. But this is great, fantastic even. Well done.
