I haven't had corned beef in probably 20 years. My dad used to make hash with canned corned beef. I remember loving it as a kid but yours definitely looks more appealing than that dad-food. I'm a sucker for spicy mustard.

Love Corned Beef. I just corned my own, but it is still brining. I am going to cook it this weekend. Love your channel! Can't wait to see more. The kid in the vid who made a fuss over the aroma remided me of my own two kids who have amazingly sophistocated palletes for a 10 and 12 year old.
