SPOT ON!!! I know my generation and younger where basically taught not to think. Look at kids today in schools they are taught how to pass a test NOT how to think logically. @jensjam Hope you get better soon. That thing about being taught to pass a test and not think has been around from when I was in high school. The best example was this kid who was a straight A student exactly out of that mold. He'd won a 4 year, all paid scholarship to Univ.of Penna. Result? He dropped out after 1st year after suffering some kind of mental breakdown after not being able to cope with 'thinking' out answers and not parroting robotically.

@MAG315 The thing that gets me is how, all of a sudden, everyone is jumping on the bandwagon decrying outsourcing, destroying companies, et.al. It's been going on since the 80s when Reagan started it but now everyone is waking up? I'd been screaming about this for decades like a voice in the wilderness. But I guess I should be happy since it's finally become a public issue.
