I believe the kiss is from Part 2....it was when Sam and Jack were in the puddle jumper in ancient egypt and she was trying to repair it when a sandstorm revealed their cloacked ship to a group of jaffa that just "happened to be walking by." :P The explosions in the clip you asked about are from the multiple staff weapons firing on the ship from the outside.
