其實最說服到人的就係, 試前度下手臂有幾多吋, 試後(一星期/一個月)度下自己手臂有幾多吋, 我覺得會令到多D人信囉~ 咁可能你手臂不嬲都瘦的話, 可以搵D肥少少的朋友去邦你做呢個實驗其實我覺得都幾OK, 只係用口講冇咩說服力, 下次可以試下~ 呢D係我比你既意見。

@helloyucky 最好用uberzinc打底. PA不夠,只能當補防曬用,最好不要單靠它
