There's a reason why in the military accords that any unjust orders can and should be disobeyed. Any commander who decides to give a unjust order should be arrested on site. We have high standards for our military however with so few volunteers we let in Pieces of S**t that want to shoot people (most likely gang members) legally and call it justifiable. We need more stringent standards instead of telling recruiters to hit their quotas. A smart just fighting force that is the US military.

The van attack was cold blooded murder. The fact is that there was an Iraqi with an RPG. Of course, this is a Bush/Cheney war. Ethan said officers frequently order soldiers to ignore (break) the Rules of Engagement. They do. You're defending lawbreakers and blind obedience to authority, not upholding the law. There's a reason why in the military accords that any unjust orders can and should be disobeyed. Any commander who decides to give a unjust order should be arrested on site. We have high standards for our military however with so few volunteers we let in Pieces of S**t that want to shoot people (most likely gang members) legally and call it justifiable. We need more stringent standards instead of telling recruiters to hit their quotas. A smart just fighting force that is the US military.

You can actually hear the pilots speaking., and nothing they could see actually indicated there was any threat from the group of people they opened up on and the scene created that E Mc Cord came to later. If you mean how do I know about the casualty rates they are derived from UN statistics. The whole situation is fubar.

Given no preconcieved ideas on the video of the attack, I believe I would have shot also. The guy kneeling down at the corner was the kicker to start the shooting. He looked like he was carrying an anti-tank type weapon. It's unfortunate that innocent ppl died, but what if the group had indeed just held a meeting to organize attacks against u.s. soldiers, would ethan be here talking?
