@windflames You have to have 50% mission completion for Sasuke.

@joevante22 The first step is to get some chakra and activate Sharingan. I can't remember well, but the attack is either up+weak attack or up+strong attack.

I have with sasuke the last three at rank jonin, the first two at rank hokage and the third mission at rank special jonin. I still haven't Sasuke second state. Do you know why?

i got sasuke at 58% and the upper jonin rank in the s mission but sill haven't unlocked second state. how do i do that?

I may not have time right now, I've wanted to make a vid about Neji for the longest! Check with me after June 4. In the mean time, to unlock Final Valley, get 50% comp. for UNT Naruto (not so hard) and Sasuke 2nd (difficult, but possible).
