This is maybe one of the best wrestling themes ever. Who can forget how insane the fans got when this music went up and Taz came out and cleared the ring of Jerry Lawler, Sabu, & RVD without even doing anything but just walking his bad ass self to the ring.

Heyman may have been a horrible financial person but some of his storylines were epic. The build up for Taz/Sabu was one of the most intense rivalries wrestling has ever seen. Glad ECW was huge in the 90's and I grew up watching it.

@chootech2 Taz stopped wrestling because of mounting injuries. He never rehabbed his neck and age caught up with him. If he was still an active wrestler he probably would have left WWE quicker than he did.

Every Time I hear the opening of this song, I think of Team Taz and the Path of Rage as Taz destroyed wrestlers all across ECW to set the stage for his match against Sabu at the ECW Barely Legal Pay Per View.

Taz was amazing in ECW, and early in his WWF career.

Sadly he can't work due to his repeated neck injuries. I'd imagine a mangerial role in TNA is much better than being verbally abused by Vinnie Mac down a headset as most of the WWE commentators attest to having done to them.

Also TNA throw money at anyone with name value. Apparently Foley cost them to axe alot of the X Division!

Foley joining TNA had nothing to do with axing the X Division. TNA has brought in more X Div guys than its let go. Foley also gave TNA more money than they gave him. Foley invested A LOT of money into TNA.Also Spike chips in with the bigger name stars. TNA has spent a lot of money also on new Knockouts.

Taz will manage and doing announcing in TNA. And I'd bet money at some point he gets back into the ring on special occasion. TNA has a way of healing people. Kurt Angle is born again in TNA.

There's another version of his theme I've been dying to find...It was used just before this one IIRC (could have been just after,was around the same time) Started out with the Beastie Boys "No Sleep Til' Brooklyn" then went into an Instrumental of War Machine.Used to go to all the ECW house shows here in MA and I've heard it several times in person.
