This song "Prendés i garde s'om me regarde" is by the french trouvère Guillaume d'Amiens or Le Paigneur (William the painter) from the late 13° c. who belonged to the Arras authors school. The only account on his life came from a taxpayers list of Amiens city (1301) Formerly this is a monophonic song included in the "Chansonnier Vaticana Apostolica" but there is too a 3 voices motteto late arrangement in the manuscript of Montpellier medicine faculty library (1490).
