@lookingforthemeaning Not all politics is exciting. Ive only started watching the vid but at least it lets you know what its like in the EU parliament. Better vids than this is like Marta Andreason criticizing them for only clearing 10% of the 2008 budget. So 90% of it was unaccounted for 08 which should make headline news.

Marta was also fired from her job for trying to impliment policies that would make the EU more transparent and run smoother. They then replaced her with some art cont.

@lookingforthemeaning Oh no you mistook what i meant about Marta. She was a chief accountant in the EU and cause she was actually wanting to do a good job she was fired. But shes still a MEP and contributing, just not able to do as great a job as she was doing.

They're just sitting around attempting to justify spending other people's money. Any auditing would complicate the process for them, and limit the amount of money they can spend.

@continuityofliberty They should at least keep the account books up to date rather than spending blindly. Marta Andreason has complained loads of times about the billions that have gone missing and was even fired for trying to make the EU more transparent and efficent. Shocking you might think but its all there. Also the EUs very own Auditors only cleared 10% of their own budget!

@NicosMind Books should certainly up to date, but billions are still being spent by thieves for their own gain - the same problems go on in the States. The question should be "why?", not "how much?" and "when?"

All these people are doing is attempting to continue spending other people money. That's it.

When the going gets tough for them they have a meeting and may tweak the system a bit, but nothing really changes.

It's all posturing and they're all in on the game - we're their cash cows....

Exactly! We're their cash cows but also their pawns to use and dispose off as they like! Sad thing when i was younger i would have loved to join the army. But now i see it as the tool that it is.
