New cars and flagships are what sell cars. Even if they are numbers high performance cars. In the end, that is what helps to show that the company that built your entry level car are working on making better cars. Even if you are not buying that exact car.

im pretty sure that the r10 is only a tdi race car they are just calling the new r8 with a v10 the "r8". So dont jump to conclusions

nope, R8 has a few variaitons of engines. even a v10, but still called the R8. R10 is the race car they use at LeMans etc.. they even have a prototype V12 Tdi R8, which is sweet, but obvously not a v8 layout.
