Well, the worlds "greatest drivers" have their own opportunity for that sort of release. I, myself, do not have the opportunity to race on tracks. Nor are there even any race tracks within 12hr driver of where I live.

Commuters die on the road here (stupid decisions, passing mainly), everyone drives 140kmh. High speeds are just the norm here.
