That lacked all the principles of authentic of Hapkido and wouldn't work if you grabbed her wrist with a strong grip.

All techniques may or may not work depending on the position your are in or different angles etc. That is why we teach several variations of what one might do. It takes practice and our camera angle for this particular technique might not have been that great. Many of the techniques are based on leverage and positioning and that might be difficult to see in this vid.

(That lacked all the principles of authentic of Hapkido) well let me say this, I also teaching MMA, do you strike your beginner

student full force so he/she can learn the technique? If you are an instructor should know that. Its all about leverage, and not strength.
