Not exactly backwards but high notes replace low notes. And it has potentially the same rhythm if the crank is turned at the same speed all the way through (or with pauses in the same places)? Reminds me of how Leo Kottke says you can chase away a song stuck in your head if you play it enough times backwards -- which was how he turned the Woody Woodpecker laugh and theme song into "Peckerwood."
