  • what did u do with the plastic spru when u were done with it? do u know where it is now?????? also what is paint? how much does an air brush cost? are u painting a model of a tail from a jet fighter?? thanx for the video ,i liked the part in the middle with the thing errrr the thing??

    from 'fox mulder'

  • Didn't learn a f ' ' ' ' ' ' thing from this video. Did you just want to show off your airbrush or what ???

  • No explanations on paint, equipment or technique to get in the way of this video. BEAUTIFUL!

  • why am i watching this! you lazy fuck. paint chips on the sprue end or somthing like that? i am not impressed. sloppy sloppy sloppy! whats the point of detailing when yer a big fat slob?

  • Where is the audio commentary explaining what you're doing, or even the odd text embedding?

It makes no sense at all and could just be someone showing off their airbrush.

  • I believe he's doing what is called 'postshading' to give the part a weathered look. You do that by spraying a slightly lighter or darker shade of the base color, thinned a lot with thinner. It is actually a very effective technique used in scale modeling. The video quality is not sufficient for it to be discernible (maybe except at the very end of the video). Nonetheless, no audio clearly makes the video somewhat pointless for the casual viewer.

  • How is there over 30k views of this video??

  • Is that like a super duper expensive airbrush or can this weathering be done with equipment like less than a hundred dollars? thanks.

  • weathering??? I ca just see an airbrush going up and down, and that's all. no useful at all

  • Working on a part while it's still on the sprue is something I would never do. What if the part doesn't fit and needs more filing and sanding ? Bad idea. Always dry fit the parts, then paint them. Sometimes parts have rough of sharp edges, or some flash here and there. Better to remove that before you even think about painting. Try it, your model will look even better.

  • true..i assemble the major parts first too before i paint.

  • I'm an experienced modeler and i have no freaking idea wtf you were doing? Dude what is wrong with you? No music no explanations, this is the shittyest video ever on you tube. Sorry.

  • @Rechkalov7 If you're an experienced modeller you shouldnt be bitching about how there is no explanation, music is so stupid. Its an extra luxury every single human being can live without. The video quality is actually better than SOME videos I've seen on youtube

  • @ModellMeister I would look at his face, when he cut off the part from the sptrue and try to put on the plane and it doesn't fit. I don't if i laugh or cry. The video quality is good, but the making of the video is a little bit #$&@ß%. Sorry.

  • @KapePhoenix lol.

  • nice

Maybe a little explanation of your technique for the less experienced would be great though.

  • BORING
