lol its actually polka and they probably had no idea what instruments to track, cuz it was tommy rodgers micro korg and his singing with blake richardsons drums. i dont think there were any base or guitar parts, so they decided just to leave that part out, witch in my opinion is just...dumb. that parts the shit.
