it is about a appel that gets a worm and is banned from his tree and then he will try to go to the worm doctor to get it out and the first part of the trailer is about a documentary and every time he says something like the appel cant say enething it does

Not everything in this world is english, and you should appreciate the uniqueness of another language and it's culture :) I do agree though, that they should release an english version even though it's fairly new.
