Matt 24:2 used 2 say that it is impossible 4 the elect 2b deceived. note, it does not give the reason why the elect cant b deceived. But right now, all of the elect who are not dead, are still corruptable, and still open 2 deception. The book of Acts contains events after Jesus had already gone to heaven. By Acts 8 the Holy Spirit was there. You don't even know the bible. Dude I just showed you from the scripture that you don't get the Holy Spirit from simply confessing christ and being baptised. This is shown in Acts 8:14. You're the one that thought John was chronologically later than the book of Acts. Pharisees don't receive the Holy Spirit, hypocrites that point at sinners when they are sinners themselves don't get the Holy Spirit.
