I totally agree, as a qualified Auslan interpreter as well, I think it is very important to define the difference between "melodic signing" and Auslan interpreting.
Fantastic, I only know a little Auslan (my child is on the Autistic spectrum and we use Auslan to communicate with him)., but your signing is clear as a bell. Some people think that signing must be don't by somber people in drab clothing, you've proved them wrong!

I have been wanting to learn sign language for some time now, But I am not sure what one i want to learn, I live in the states but in the next few years i plan on moving to Australia so i have been conflicted on rather to learn ASL or AUSLAN... But i do have to say you performance was very lovely

Yes it is sign language. Im sure you will be able to find a signing lesson class near you. Just contact you local community office or something or ask around there... It must not be an easy time for you. Best of luck for you.

aw thankyou :) yes you could say I was drawing in space.. yes I did try to project a visual image. Need to do that for Deaf people.. so they can experience the wonder hearing people get to experience from music!

I know what livin with disabillity is like Farnfive, i am VI (Visually Impaired). My eyesight is so bad that i am regisured blind, i can see ok. oh yrah i HATE it when people like us like crap, just cos we hav disabllitys but the people here are quite nice. nice vid :)

I have been wanting to learn sign language for some time now, But I am not sure what one i want to learn, I live in the states but in the next few years i plan on moving to Australia so i have been conflicted on rather to learn ASL or AUSLAN... But i do have to say you performance was very lovely

That is just about the coolest thing I have ever seen! I love that song and you interpretation using sign is incredible!! Yes it is sign language. Im sure you will be able to find a signing lesson class near you. Just contact you local community office or something or ask around there... It must not be an easy time for you. Best of luck for you.
