@NickAlonzoRules Hey, I grew up on Philips Road (which is right in the Saratoga Battlefield) and I used to visit that fire department often as a kid. Do you know what siren was there before the Mod took its place?

I have a map on Google maps marking a ton of sirens around upstate NY if you're interested in seeing it.

Nice recording. I don't see many close recordings of modulators in alternate wail. Whats with the random re-wind up that happened at 0:56? Did they send the activation signal twice.

@firealarm211 It's called resonance. You can stand in between two of the sirens, and it will be louder than being next to only one. Being an equal distance from each in a triangle pattern results in a much different tone.

@firealarm211 yes and no, the two sirens resonate against each other, just not in this location. If you are between them. This is the westernmost siren, there are two more equidistant from each other closer to the beach.
