After the marauder mission? You start it in EOS if you have 0% control if I remember correctly.

There is another mission on your map... probably on badlands if I remember correctly. Buy your radioactive suit.

Where you buy everything else... It should already be unlocked...

After this mission the mission placement of things are all over the place -- look at your map.

Damn this mission is near impossible on insane mode! Every time I use the jeep with the MGs and kill dozens but when it blows up I'm always surrounded and get cut down quick.

Hidden items in the game that reveal backstory to a lackluster story. The game's whole draw is the gameplay. Every professional media outlet raves about it, I personally think it's overrated.
