1-I see nothing particulary wrong with that delivery. I mean what was he supposed to say? He looked slightly annoyed and he sounded slightly annoyed. I see nothing wrong with this.

2-Compared to what the Big Green Dub usually makes that was a masterpiece(assuming this is the Big Green Dub).

1) I think the point this guys trying to say, is that that doesn't sound like something Vegeta would say. Vegeta always has the best expectations of himself, & only rarely would doubt his abilitys. In other words, this makes Vegeta sound like a pussy, then a prince.
