  • are you fck crazy ? turn down dist!!!!!! uuuuaaaaaaa

  • nice feedback

  • 2 questions:

how much does the cab weigh? and does the cab have wheels on the bottom?

  • @dan95brantner

I'm not sure on the weight of the cab, it does have wheels.

  • do u need a petal for the distortion

  • Yup thank you man now I am getting that head for sure

  • will the head run good through a marshall cab

  • why are people ruining the randall tone of this amp, i just got mine in, tits soounds amazing, dst is awsome, try my setting. gain:inbetween 9 and 10,treble:7,mid:0,bass:9,contour:8,level:3,master level:6. i love thatt tone but ttry it outt bud

  • I don't like the sound of these pedals, nice playing though.

  • i assume that since its a 500$ half stack its a solid state amp and doesn't use tubes

  • You have definitely have me satisfied on getting the randal stack and the boss ml-2 pedal. Thank you, I have been looking for a video like this. I just blew my line 6 150watt spider 4 amp like two days ago, before a gig with my band. It fucking sucked. But, I am definitely buying both of these Thank you dude :3

  • hey can anyone give me the dimensions for this amp?

  • dude that's an awesome sound hows it sit in the mix?

  • hey wud u recommend this amp or the rg75dg3?

  • That sounds sooooo nice man :D!!

  • thanks, its just random playing

  • dude this pedal is not good for metallica its missin some bass i suggest the uber metal by line 6 much better

  • i actually have the bass knob on the ml-2 at about 10 o'clock...seems to bassy to me actually.

  • @pool741 just remember you are watching this on a computer, a camera recording of the actual tone, you lose some when not there in person.

  • is this good for metallica? Im trying to save money to get a good halfstack but not the kirk hammett signature i wanna save some money. so is it good for thrash and metallica?

  • damn really? ok well ok i have a boss metal zone pedal. but how about the video you have where it's just the amp no pedals included? how did you get that sound? or what is the emg pickups?

  • yeah the metalzone pedal should do the job, i dont remember what settings i had it on man, i think the emg might have something to do with the sound on that video, not too sure though,

  • hey i just got the amp. i put the distortion all the way expecting to get some kind of like your getting or something a little weakr than pantera. how are you getting your sound? my amp sounds weaker than what your producing.

  • its all the boss metlacore pedal man

  • I don't know much about the Randall brand. I hadn't heard of them till I saw a Smashing Pumpkins a few months ago and saw that Billy Corgan was using Randall amps. He used to use Marshall, so either he got an endorsement or he thinks they're better.

  • this is your friend, right?

the sound is little better (less noise) that your other video (you playing with the ML-2)...

    why? the mic, guitar, cables?

  • the ones with the randall half stack are all me, (the bigger guy)

  • im just using my sony digital camera to record all of them, no mics. my cables are the same in all my vids, monster cables.

i think the emgs on the ltd m-251 are done.

  • Is the dimebucker a good pickup for brutal metal?

  • To tell you the truth idk man, i got the guitar like this when i bought it...its alright....but EMGs are better

  • yes, the dimebucker is great for extreme metal (if you play lead and rhythm guitar this mic is perfect) but if you play only rhythm guitar (like me) the SD SH-8 Invader is a fucking beast... also active pickup's like EMG 81 and SD Blackout are great for extreme metal too... i prefer pasive pickups, but is my opinion, of course

  • Hey whatsup, im looking into buying this amp. All im really looking for is if its decent or not cuz its my first halfstack. But i have a couple questions, first of all is it worth the price? and when you crank it does it get crackly? cuz ill be playing gigs.

  • Well thanks for commenting first of all, It's a decent amp for the price. It stay pretty clean when you crank it up and doesn't crackle or get muddy or anything like that.

If your on a budget, this a very good amp and it can handle gigs.

I'll post some vids of me using in a gig soon so you can check it out.

  • cool thanks. and yeah the most im willing to spend would be 600-650 so this fits my budget. btw badass guitar! LTD's kick ass.

  • Yeah no prob man, glad I could help.

Yeah LTDs are dope I have quite a few of them.

  • just thought id let you know i got it a couple days ago its reaaal nice.
