  • Wow. Such socialist propaganda.

  • LOL, Yeah Right!

  • Deregulation is often misused and has been a code-word for 'rip people off', but I doubt this would be a real scenario.

  • I will vote yes yes yes yes

  • I will vote no no no

  • if there is nothing with taxi industry now, why change it? if there are more taxis on the street, the safety would be a big problem too. think about the taxi drivers who are working long hours and not getting the food on their table because they have more competition and they would have to split the money with other drivers. who know what they will do to make up the difference. i know i will vote no on proposition 8.

  • Who would i call and complain too in a situation like that....? His wife...?

  • this is the funniest thing i have ever seen, but i dont understand why the owners are working so hard to bash the potential owner operators being that the only ones that will be able to obtain a permit are the ones that are driving now, hmmm.... are they saying that the drivers on the road now are corrupt?

  • I think that its about standards not the individuals. Regulation promotes standards - without standrads we have chaos - chaos isn't funny is it? Surely the good owner operators will agree to standards? That's what we have in the uk and I have to say I like knowing my driver is checked out and I feel safe because of that.

  • He didn't even share the Taco's. This should NOT be allowed!!

  • So, wait, Rosebud was his sled the whole time?

  • That's bom diggity!

  • I have been on taxi rides like that... you go, vote no!
